The Membership agreement advances your membership in community widestockphoto.com, giving to you complete access to the user resources on (further "Site"). The given User agreement is the appendix to Use conditions, applicable to the given Site. The site copes WideStockPhoto («WideStockPhoto»).

Access and use of the user resources of the Site is ensured WideStockPhoto provided that you accept terms and conditions of  User agreement and Use conditions, and by means of access or use of the user resources of the Site, you agree with terms and conditions of the given User agreement and with Use conditions. If you do not agree to accept and follow the given User agreement and Use conditions, you should not come on a site and use the user resources of the Site. In case of any contradiction between the User agreement and Use conditions, conditions in the User agreement will be advancing.

WideStockPhoto reserves the right, at own discretion and at any time, to change all or any part given Agreement, changes become effective immediately from the moment of their publication on the Site. Your further use of the user resources of the Site after the similar notice confirms your obligatory acceptance of terms and conditions of the given Agreement, including any changes and updatings made WideStockPhoto as it is described above. If, at any time, you cannot execute any more terms and conditions of the given Agreement, you should terminate use of the user resources of the Site immediately.

Credits for loading
Credits for loading can be acquired on page of Replenishment of the account, from the user part of the Site. Credits it is possible to acquire online by means of VISA, MasterCard, Webmoney or payment by the postal order.

The price of credits acquired through the Site will be same, as well as the price indicated on the Site in a time of purchase. You cannot change, publish, transmit, move or sell, reproduce, create the changed works, to extend, show, exhibit, redesign or any in some other way to use Resources, entirely or parts, behind an exception if it is clearly authorised in the given Agreement for membership and any other agreement become effective during time when the Resource has been loaded (as for example the License agreement Contents).

Resources are granted the Site through the members designated in the Appendix for authors, on not the exclusive basis (the Agreement with the author). According to positions applicable to the Agreement on delivery, you can place any resources which you entirely possess on the Site. You can load Resources only subject to the conditions given User agreement and after the consent with the License agreement.

Passwords
You understand and agree that identification of the user, is granted you WideStockPhoto for this purpose what you had access and used the user resources of the Site (above «the Name of the User»), and the password chosen and used by you, together with the Name of the User should be kept a secret. You agree with that that you cannot to open the Name of the User or the password to any other party without clear permit WideStockPhoto.

You understand and agree that you will bear responsibility for each case of access and use of the user resources of the Site which will occur by means of your Name of the User and the password and that WideStockPhoto is authorised to accept your Name of the User and the password as the conclusive evidence of what you have taken advantage of access and was used by the user resources of the Site. You understand that the password () are unique for you, and that though WideStockPhoto has no possibility to require of the password (it) of certain requests (as for example the minimum or maximum number of signs) and to reinstall such passwords, WideStockPhoto has no personal access to passwords.

Behaviour rules
You agree that you will not use the Site in purposes any illegal or not allowed by the given Agreement. As the example, instead of restriction, you agree that at loading on the Site or at dialogue by means of the Site, including everything, as to forums, chats or other exchanges (further "Forum") accessible on or through the Site, you will not do anything of the following:

To slander, offend, pursue, threaten or to infringe otherwise upon the information rights (as for example the right to confidentiality) other users. 
To publish, place, extend any slanderous, infringing rights, obscene, pornographic, sexual character, vulgar either unlawful materials or the information. 
To load or transfer in another way files which contain the software (ON) or other materials protected by intellectual property laws (or the rights about confidentiality), behind an exception if you possess or supervise the rights to them, or have received all necessary permissions. 
To load or transfer in another way files the containing viruses, the spoilt files or any other similar software which can damage or suppress work of other computer. 
To delete any author's attribution, notices of the legal information, a designation or property labels on any loaded files. 
To falsify an original source of the software or other material containing in the loaded file. 
To advertise or sell any goods or services; to conduct or remit interrogations, debate or «happiness letters». 
To load any files placed by other users of the Forum whom, as you know or it should be known, not can extend lawfully thus. 
To use any dialogue, Resources or other information received through the Site, thus, which will compete to the Site or activity WideStockPhoto. 
You agree that the Forum is public, instead of in the private method of dialogue. Further, you agree that no correspondence of third persons or Resources are approved WideStockPhoto and that no correspondence of third persons or Resources can be considered seen, scanned or approved WideStockPhoto. You understand that any scanning of the Resource executed WideStockPhoto for definition of the Comprehensible Contents, is executed only from courtesy.

WideStockPhoto respects intellectual property of others, and we ask other users to arrive also. If you are assured that your work has been copied with infringements of copyrights, or your rights to intellectual property have been somehow infringed, grant please in WideStockPhoto the notice on similar infringement under the form described in the Notice and Procedures for Granting of the Information on Infringement in Business conditions.

Confidential information
You understand that the Confidential information (advanced more low) which you receive at acceptance of the Agreement for membership and at use of valuable on Site valuable, confidential valuable, confidential, personal information WideStockPhoto and its licensors, and you agree that in a current of all currency of the contract and subsequently, you will not be, without clear permit WideStockPhoto to use, open to any other persons any confidential information, behind an exception of specially allowed cases of the given Agreement or cases statutory.

Repairing a loss
You agree to make amends, protect and store WideStockPhoto and its branches and accordingly management, employees, workers, shareholders, partners and agents (in general "parties WideStockPhoto") safe from and against any and all claims, payment obligations, losses, expenses and losses (including expenses for attorneys and client base) following of any party WideStockPhoto according to: (I) any use or prospective use of the Site under your Name of the User, any person; (II) or resulted any made correspondence or the loaded Resource under your name of the User; or (III) any infringement of the given Agreement by you. Period of validity and cancellation
The given agreement for membership is valid till the moment of its termination. You can terminate the given agreement at any time, having sent the letter on help@widestockphoto.com or in other comprehensible image in writing having notified WideStockPhoto which acknowledgement of your person and intention to terminate the Agreement allows. WideStockPhoto reserves the right, under the personal discretion, to forbid, suspend or terminate your right to access to the user resources of the Site, at any time, for any reason and without the preliminary notification or obligations. WideStockPhoto can change, suspend or terminate all or any of Site parts, at any time, including availability of any functions, databases or Resources, without the preliminary notification and obligations.

WideStockPhoto can terminate or suspend also your access to the user resources of the Site for the reason неактивности which is considered as impossibility of access to the user resources in a current of long time that is reasonably established WideStockPhoto.

After hours your access to the user resources of the Site, you agree with confiscation of all credits for the loading, remained on your account.

FAILURE OF OBLIGATIONS
THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY RESOURCES CONTAINING ON IT, IS GRANTED «AS IS», WITHOUT OWN SUBMISSION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY SORT, BOTH OBVIOUS, AND MEANT, INCLUDING, BUT WITHOUT BEING LIMITED TO THE MEANT EXPOSITION OF THE MATERIAL, OBLIGATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMMODITY CONDITION, OR CONFORMITY TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS. WIDESTOCKPHOTO DOES NOT REPRESENT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE OR THE CONTENTS WILL CORRESPOND TO YOUR REQUESTS OR THAT ITS USE WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED OR WILL BE DEPRIVED ERRORS.

WIDESTOCKPHOTO DOES NOT REPRESENT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE OR THE CONTENTS ACCESSIBLE TO LOADING THROUGH THE SITE, WILL NOT CONTAIN VIRUSES EITHER SIMILAR INFECTIONS OR DESTRUCTIVE FUNCTIONS.

RESTRICTION OF OBLIGATIONS
YOU ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FROM SITE USE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS, ANY CONTENTS OR THE INFORMATION PLACED ON THE SITE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WIDESTOCKPHOTO OR ITS MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS OR AGENTS DO NOT BEAR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CASUAL, INDIRECT, RETALIATORY, INDICATIVE OR COLLATERAL DESTRUCTION SOMETHING (INCLUDING THE DESTRUCTIONS WHICH HAVE ENTAILED LOSSES OF PROFIT, HITCH, LOSS OF THE BUSINESS INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL LOSSES) IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, BREAKAGES, ACTIONS, PETITIONS OR OTHER EVENTS WHICH HAVE RESULTED OR OUT OF THE VALIDITY ABOUT MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING, WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS, USE, RELIANCE OF ACCESS OR SITE NAVIGATION, RESOURCE EXPLOITATION OR THEIR ANY PARTS, ANY RIGHTS GUARANTEED TO YOU EVEN IF WIDESTOCKPHOTO HAS BEEN WARNED ABOUT POSSIBILITY OF SIMILAR BREAKAGES, WHETHER EVENT HAS BEEN BASED ON THE CONTRACT, OFFENCES (INCLUDING THE NEGLIGENCE), THE ENCROACHMENT ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER.

IN ANY CASE THE GENERAL CUMULATIVE RESPONSIBILITY WIDESTOCKPHOTO ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT AGREEMENT OR ACCORDING TO USE AND OPERATION OF ANY PARTS OR ALL SITE OR RESOURCES SOMEHOW, WILL BE LIMITED BY FIVE ($5.00) US DOLLARS.

SOME JURISDICTION DO NOT ALLOW RESTRICTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR CASUAL OR COLLATERAL DESTRUCTIONS, IN THIS CASE THE RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH ABOVE AND EXCEPTIONS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO YOU. IN SIMILAR JURISDICTION, RESPONSIBILITY WIDESTOCKPHOTO OR ANY DIRECTOR, THE EMPLOYEE SERVING, THE SHAREHOLDER, THE PARTNER OR THE AGENT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST LIMIT ALLOWED BY THE LAW.

Age and responsibility
You indicate and guarantee that have reached corresponding legal age for Site use, and are connected by legal obligations for execution of responsibility which can arise as result of use of the Site. You agree to bear responsibility for all cases of use by you of the Site (and also for use of your Name of the User and the password others, including without restrictions, children living with you). You agree to observe of use by children of the Site under your name or the accounting record.

The legislation
The web site is supervised, operated and administered WideStockPhoto from Moscow, Russia. The web site is accessible in all territory of Russia, and also worldwide. As laws of other countries can differ from laws of the Russian Federation, at access on a web site, you accept and agree that the given Agreement will be advanced according to laws of Moscow and Federal statutes of the Russian Federation, the applicable Russian Federations in territory (without the reference to conflicts in rules of law). Thus, you irrevocably grant the exclusive jurisdiction of vessels of Moscow, Russia, according to a subject a material of the given Agreement. The given Agreement will not be guided by the United Nations convention under Contracts for international trade in the goods which application is clearly excluded.

You agree to serve any required notices or processing by e-mail, the registered mailing address or round-the-clock agency with acknowledgement of delivery of the messages addressed to the addressee or the contact information granted you at the moment of the first access on the user resource of a site, or which you could grant any other address to us for use from time to time.

Any debates arising under action or in connection with the present Agreement, including without restrictions, its validity, performance and infringement, Moscow, Russia, according to norms and rules of the Russian Federation active for a while when the arbitration was required should be granted in courts.

If from WideStockPhoto it will be required to begin business in court, instead of in arbitration court, for fastening of the rights, or for the tax of any payments, you agree with compensation WideStockPhoto of fees, payments and costs in a case if WideStockPhoto will win a case.

The general
You agree and accept that you, in additives to conditions of the given Agreement, have seen items of Business conditions and other agreements which can be included as the reference, and, according to these appendices, you agree with these restrictions.

Impossibility WideStockPhoto in observance or realisation of accurate fulfilment of any positions of the given Business conditions will not be interpreted as failure of any positions or the rights.

If position, or its part, the given Agreement, partially or is completely impracticable, the parties or, in a case if the parties have not reached the consent, court in the corresponding jurisdiction, will instal impracticable position or positions, or their part so that it most close would reflect conditions of impracticable position or its part. The given Agreement is personal for you and cannot be transmitted you without preliminary written consent WideStockPhoto. WideStockPhoto can transmit the given Agreement without your consent to any other parties provided that these parties agree with its conditions.

YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WIDESTOCKPHOTO, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND WIDESTOCKPHOTO RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
