Referral Program

This agreement establishes your participation in the program WideStockPhoto - «Reward
for inviting users» (further the Program).
As a user of WideStockPhoto you can participate in the Program provided that you
accept provision of this agreement.
WideStockPhoto reserves the right at its discretion to change all or any part of
this program at any time, changes take effect immediately from the moment they are
publication on the Site. All payments on users which have already been invited,
go in accordance with terms of the shares valid at the time of your agreement to
terms of the affiliate program.
Regulations of the program
You agree to attract users to the Site.
- If you invite a new author, we will pay you a reward in the amount of 3%
of the cost each image sold by invited author;
- Also, we will pay you a reward for the invitation of buyers at 10 cents
(USD) for each spent credit on the site by him.
All rewards will be credited to your account. The money will be paid through the
payment system Webmoney, Moneybookers, PayPal or other means by agreement when the
total current balance of your fee will exceed:
- 50 USD — for ordinary users;
- 20 USD — for users with a status of «contributor».
You also agree not to use logos of the sites and/or links in any means which can
damage, disable, break or impair the quality of the site or any other web sites,
to create a spam or any other form of unwanted advertising or prevent the use of
any third party of their own sites or other resources. You agree that you will not
put in, copy or other means put in logos of the sites and/or links anywhere without
the permission necessary parties. WideStockPhoto do not responsible for what you
do with links or logos of the site. You agree not to use our trademarks, intellectual
property to give warranties or other statements on behalf of WideStockPhoto or any
other our services, offices or rules except corrected in this Agreement.
Period and Termination
This Agreement is valid as long as you have a valid account on the Site. Program
reward for the invitation or any aspect of it can be changed at any time but payments
on users which have already been invited run in accordance with the terms of the
shares that are valid at the time of your agreement to terms of the affiliate program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FROM USE OF SITE LOGOS AND LINKS. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WIDESTOCKPHOTO OR ITS MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, LICENSORS
OR AGENTS WILL NOT ACCOUNT FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ANYTHING
(INCLUDING DECTRACTION LEADING TO LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER
MATERIAL LOSSES) IN CONNECTION ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, ACTIONS, MOTIONS OR
OTHER EVENTS APPEARING OF THE PROGRAM OF REWARDS FOR ATTRACTION.
Age and responsibility
You announce and warrant that you have reached the appropriate legal age to use
the Site and related to legal obligations for accounting that may arise as a result
of use of the Site and participation in the Program.
Legislation
Website is controlled by WideStockPhoto Ltd. from Moscow, Russia. Website is available
in all territory of Russia, as well as all over the world. Since the laws of other
countries may differ from the laws of Russia, if you have access to Website, you
accept and agree that this Agreement be determined in accordance with the laws of
Moscow and Federal Law applicable in Russia.
In case WideStockPhoto need to start a lawsuit rather than arbitration tribunal,
to secure its rights or to collect any payment and win a case, you will agree to
compensate WideStockPhoto fees, payments and expenses.
